Sheila A. Clark
Sheila A. Clark is an Attorney and a Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and its Estate Planning Trust and Probate Law section and the Columbus Bar Association and its Probate Law and Estate and Gift Tax Law Committees. Sheila is active in the community. She is a member of The Columbus Foundation Legal Advisory Committee and The Ohio State University Foundation Planned Giving Committee; Sheila is a former board member of The YWCA Columbus and served on its Finance and Governance Committees and is a current board member of The Women’s Fund of Central Ohio and chairs its Investment Committee. Sheila is also former President of the Grandview Heights Planning Commission. She is a frequent lecturer on estate planning.
David K. Lowe
David K. Lowe is a 1980 graduate of Indiana State University with a B.S. in Finance. He received his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School in 1983. David has been in private practice since graduating from Law School. David is married with three children and is active in the community and has participated in several non-profit organizations. David is licensed in Ohio, United States District Court, Southern District Court, and The United States Tax Court. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association and Central Ohio Association for Justice. He is also a member of the AmSpirit Business Connections.
Betsy Stang Bullock
Betsy (Elizabeth) S. Bullock is a 1976 graduate of the Ohio State University. She received her Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School in 1980. Betsy worked as an estate, trust and tax officer at PNC Bank, as assistant general counsel in the employee benefits section at Nationwide and as general counsel at the Ohio Tuition Trust Authority, the Ohio 529 college savings plan prior to joining Clark and Lowe. She is married with three children and is a member of the Ohio State Alumni Club, the Audubon Society and Columbus Outdoor Pursuits. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.
