David K. Lowe, ESQ.

David has over thirty years of legal practice experience. A member of the Central Ohio Association of Justice whose purpose is for the advance of fair trials and access to courts. David has been first chair in numerous jury trials and court trials. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar association and the Estate Planning Trust and Probate Law section. David is licensed in Ohio, United States District Court Southern District of Ohio and The United States Tax Court. He is a member of the Columbus Bar Association and participates in “Ask The Attorney” a pro-bono program through the CBA. He is married with three children and is an avid participant in backpacking and half-marathons.

Jacob H. Levine, ESQ.

Jacob has experience in civil litigation, estate planning, and criminal law. Jacob is currently the chair for Columbus Bar Association’s Municipal Court Committee and serves on the Columbus Bar Association’s Notary Committee. Jacob is a current member of the Columbus Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is also an active member of Miami University’s Young Alumni Council. Jacob is a graduate from the Ohio State Bar Association’s Leadership Academy and the Columbus Bar Association’s Barrister’s Leadership Program. In his spare time Jacob is a frequent speaker at state and local bar associations regarding technology and client development. Jacob is also a regular on ABC 6 on your side “Ask the Attorney”.

Elizabeth A. Kerins

Beth has been working with attorneys for over 45 years and received her Paralegal Certification from Capital University Law School 30 years ago. She is a Paralegal Member of the Columbus Bar Association and Member of the Paralegal Association of Central Ohio. Her work focus is dedicated to probate estates, courthouse filings and tax preparation assistance. Beth has committed herself to helping and guiding clients with fierce protection. Beth is married with three children and eight grandchildren. Beth’s hobbies include crafting, cooking and frequent visits to Local, State and National Parks.
